Compared to Sod: Synthetic turf is made with plastic materials and color to mimic the look and function of regular sod. Unlike regular sod, it does not need to be mowed or watered, and will not turn brown or yellow. This installation requires a heavily prepared base and costs can be much higher than regular sod though. Some maintenance can include brushing to keep the fibers standing right and redistributing infill across the turf.

For kids & Pets: Because of the materials synthetic turf is made, it helps remove the problem of dirt, pests, and bugs, giving your small ones a cleaner area to play in. Synthetic turf infill is also designed to help cushion falls, helping make sure that no one gets hurt while playing.

Synthetic turf also is designed with permeable holes in it's layers, helping pet urine move through keeping the area odor clean and nice, but may require an occasional rinse with a hose. The Synthetic turf layers also make it difficult to create uneven terrain and dig holes.

Our Preparation: We install our synthetic turf with the proper techniques and procedures, making sure your turf will last for years to come. We first remove all debris from the area, and make sure it is compacted and level with a slight slope, to make sure everything drains naturally. We then cover the area with our crushed stone a few inches deep, also covering that with a fabric layer to prevent any loose weeds from coming up.

We can then lay our synthetic turf, making sure it looks consistent and good. We then join the sections while securing the turf with nails to make sure it stays on the ground. After that, we can add our infill to support the blades and add cushioning, for you to begin enjoying your new turf!

What is the pricing for synthetic turf, and is it worth it?

Our Synthetic turf pricing based on the material can vary from 6$ up to 15$ per square foot everything. Although it is much pricier than other options, it is also important to consider the time and money you'll save from mowing, watering, and replacement costs, and if it's worth it for you.
